ADR RULES

 The Rules applicable to Arbitration depend on the scheme that you follow. Listed below are the schemes which are administered by the Independent Appeals Service. Please ensure that you familiarise yourself with the Rules applicable to your case.

 These rules are for general application in disputes between consumers and traders

 These rules are supplementary to, and must be read in conjunction with, the IAS Arbitration (ADR) General Rules and Procedures and apply to all Consumer disputes arising in relation to the lawfulness of Parking Charges issued by Traders under a contract for goods or services
